I can’t say enough about how wonderful, knowledgeable, caring, hard working , ethical and amazing my realtor, Jeanette Valencia was in the sale of our family home. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the best possible price and treated me like family. She is a rare and special person who loves what she does and helps her clients from the heart. I had an excellent experience working with our realtor, Jeanette. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive—especially during a challenging time (all while we were trying to navigate this situation from an entirely different state). Jeanette went above and beyond by coordinating directly with the probate lawyer, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Throughout the entire process, I truly know she had our best interest at heart. Her professionalism, communication, and dedication made ALL the difference. She walked us through the entire process and kept us up to date every step of the way. I’m so grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to ANYONE in need of a trustworthy and compassionate real estate professional. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Jeanette; she not only made this situation a breeze but I also feel like our family gained a lovely friend during the process. Jeanette was an absolute Godsend during this time!

DON’T BE STUPID, YOU NEED TO UES JEANETTE
In a nutshell, Jeanette was amazing in helping with the probate process in selling this house. The house I was selling belonged to my godparents. I knew there would be some challenges with the interior being dated and a nasty tree root issue lifting up the driveway. Jeannette came in extremely prepared with comps in area and a good feel for the houses in the area. Her help after our estate sale was amazing. I live in San Diego and the house is 2 1/2 hours away and she was a huge help. She has a team of people that came in to help me clear out the remaining items so I did not have spend the weekend trying get rid of everything. Then she had crew come in and prep it to go on the market. Basic cleaning inside and the yard. Since I’m not close to the house she helped me by grabbing the mail and sending down to me. THEN the buyer’s agent kept coming back to us for help and she finally had to put her foot down when tried asking for more credit from us due to a short on the buyer’s side. She did not flinch and did not even bother telling me about it till after closing yesterday because she did nor want to come back to me with that nonsense. She even made one more mail trip yesterday for me. So yeah, it would be silly NOT to use her 😁.

Jeanette was the absolute best. We had a very good experience with Jeanette. She helped us all the way through. As it was an estate, it was a little more difficult to maneuvere. But she helped us out all the way, above and beyond. Doing things at the house, since I live out-of-state. I wasn't able to be there, so she was my eyes and ears on the property She did a wonderful job. I highly recommend. Her as an agent

When I met Jennette
When I met Jennette, I had no clue what I was doing. I explained my situation to her and let her know all the details,which wasn't easy for me emotionally. Jennette listened and talked me through the steps ahead. She explained with much detail and never once judged me or what was going on. She is always willing to help. If she doesn't know the answer to a question, she'll find a way to get the answer. Jennette made a scary transition bearable.
